Apparently I'm meant to be very sexually active as my most influenced sign is a Scorpio in Pluto ?

If this is so then why haven't I not really been in a proper relationship? I've kissed boys but I haven't really dated any! I know I'm only 16 and I have plenty of time but according to my natal chart my most influenced at sign 29.11 is Scorpio in Pluto which means I should be sexually active and would I not be already getting into relationships early as it's the most influenced of signs in my natal chart?
